Curious about AI but not sure where to start?
This is a working session, and there's no tool list. In 45 minutes you'll write down the work that fills a normal week at your business, score one task on a four-question card, and find out whether it's worth handing to AI at all. Most people find their answer is something boring: the same question answered ten times a day, or numbers copied between two systems by hand.
WHAT YOU'LL LEAVE WITH
- Your own repeated tasks, scored, with the one worth testing first circled
- A 30-day test written out: one task, one person responsible, one number to watch
- A plain answer on the three levels of AI (you ask it, one tool does one job, you hand off the job) and which one fits the task you picked
- The two-page scorecard to use on the next task without me in the room
WHO IT'S FOR
Owners and office managers of Conroe and Montgomery County trades, service, and manufacturing companies. HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, marine service, machine and fab shops, sign shops. If you've got a crew in the field or on the floor and an office that can't keep up with them, this was built for you.
No technical background needed. If you've never opened ChatGPT, you'll be fine. If you use it every day, you'll leave with a scored list instead of a hunch.
