From the grill, enjoy chimichurri fish kebabs, juicy peri-peri chicken and tender ostrich steak medallions marinated in lemon, garlic and wild thyme. Fresh sides include grilled peach, rocket and Fior di Latte salad, watermelon, feta and mint, braaied zucchini ribbons with basil pesto and heirloom tomatoes with pickled red onions and caper berries.
Finish with a golden pineapple upside-down cake, the perfect sweet ending to the celebration.
