About this Event
Life is serious but a lighter side and laughter is good for you; the aim of this small exhibition.
In half of these frames are serious woodland ink works, showing the wonder of nature’s turns but let’s stop and relax a little.
Having travelled quiet wildly in Northern African, the Middle East and Europe; locations visited have resulted in the creation of many thousands (yes thousands) of on the street, sketches.
In my lighter moments as a jest, are included renderings of a lady who has been named Edith. A pleasant, if plump, woman of mature years, whom I imagine to having three or four strapping hungry lads at home. Her arms constantly stretched because of humping around carrier bags full to the brim of shopping to feed her ever hungry brood.
In my mind she appears in every location visited.
So, in the other half of this exhibition. Edith appears; can you spot her? Is she twice in an image? On occasion does she have only one bag? Do you like her hat? Does she look tired?
So, can you spot Edith?
