When Your Capacity Changes: Working With Your Brain Instead of Against It
Living with a brain injury can change how much your brain and body can manage, often in ways that aren’t visible to others. This session explores how to recognize your current capacity, understand signs of cognitive and emotional overload, and move away from the cycle of pushing through and crashing. You’ll learn practical strategies for working with your energy, responding to overwhelm, and navigating everyday life with greater self-understanding and flexibility.
This is a HYBRID Meeting.
