When Life Gets Squishy
A playful, creative workshop for self-expression, connection & a little bit of squish! What happens when you give yourself permission to play, get creative, and make something completely your own? When Life Gets Squishy is a hands-on creative experience where you'll design and make your very own expressive squishy using colorful textures, sensory fillings, slime, fun shapes, and plenty of room to get creative. Maybe yours is soft and soothing. Maybe it's crunchy. Maybe it's sparkly, silly, colorful, weird, adorable—or all of the above. There is no wrong way to squish! As you create, we'll sprinkle in some playful reflection and coaching-inspired prompts to explore what you're feeling, what you're expressing, and what you might need more of in your life right now. You might discover that your squishy says more about you than you expected.
