THE WHEEL WORKERS —"ONE MORE THING TO SAY" AUSTIN ALBUM RELEASETwenty years later, these songs are coming home to Austin.
Join us Saturday, October 24 at Celis Brewery as The Wheel Workers celebrate the release of our eighth album, One More Thing To Say, with a special Austin album release performance as part of SatelliteFest 2026.
The story of this record began in Austin more than 20 years ago, when the original Wheel Workers were living together, working lousy jobs, playing constantly, and writing and recording the songs that would eventually become "One More Thing To Say." The band went its separate ways before the album could be completed, and for two decades the recordings remained unfinished.
Now the record is finally here—and we couldn’t think of a better place to celebrate it than the city where it all began.
The Wheel Workers take the stage at 7 PM, as part of a full Saturday lineup featuring Sweet Slacks, Christian Kyle (of Schatzi & Startographers), Telekhines, Bantom Woods, and Jawgut.
We’ll also have "One More Thing To Say" available on vinyl and CD for the first time at an Austin show.
