What We CarryA Three-Week Art & Mindfulness Experience for Women
Some things are difficult to say. Others we’ve said a hundred times, yet still find ourselves carrying.
Anger. Grief. Disappointment. Unmet expectations. The hope that things might have turned out differently.
What if you gave yourself permission to explore what you’re carrying—not to change someone else, but to better understand yourself?
What We Carry is an intimate, three-week guided experience for women navigating the emotional complexities of adult relationships—whether with a partner, parent, sibling, adult child, or friend.
Through private reflective writing, intuitive art-making, and mindfulness practices, we’ll explore:
🌿 Week 1 — Anger: Acknowledging what hurt and giving difficult emotions space for expression.
🌿 Week 2 — Grief: Making room for sadness, disappointment, and the expectations we may need to release.
🌿 Week 3 — Hopes & Boundaries: Exploring what is within our control and what we want to carry forward.
No artistic experience is necessary. All materials are provided.
This is a supportive, non-clinical experience centered on personal reflection and creative expression. All letters remain private and are never sent or shared with the people they concern.
