About this Event
What the Trees Know: A Fall Sound Bath for What You're Ready to Release
An Immersive Evening of Sound, Letting Go, and Coming Home to Yourself
What to bring: A yoga mat is essential. Bring blankets, pillows, and anything that helps you feel free, safe, and completely comfortable on the floor. The more settled your body, the deeper the experience.
Join us for a 90-minute curated sound journey designed to support nervous system restoration, deep release, and the quiet, unhurried intelligence of letting go.
As fall arrives and the trees do what they have always known how to do, release without grief, without ceremony, without holding on, this experience creates space to set down what you have been carrying. The old stories. The accumulated weight. The version of yourself that kept you safe once but costs too much to maintain.
This immersive evening unfolds in a carefully guided arc, weaving together:
A grounded arrival and intention setting
Guided breathwork to settle the nervous system
Gentle meditation and an opening reflection
Live music and poetry to carry you deeper
A full, immersive sound bath experience
Featuring crystal singing bowls, resonant percussion, ambient textures, and live piano, the soundscape builds gradually, layer by layer, inviting you into deep rest and the spacious openness that comes after release.
This is not about achieving anything.
It is about letting go. Allowing sound to move through what you have been holding. Allowing the season's natural intelligence to work in your body. Allowing yourself to arrive, lighter, exactly as you are.
October 30th carries its own particular magic. The night before Halloween, on the threshold of the season's turning, the veil between what was and what is coming is thin. It is one of the oldest nights of the year for release, for honoring what has passed, and for stepping forward into the dark with open hands.
No prior yoga or meditation experience needed. All bodies and levels of experience welcome.
This is a space to rest. A space to release. A space to remember that you already know what needs to go.
Doors will close promptly to preserve the integrity of the container.
