What makes museum visits engaging, meaningful, and memorable? 👋The IMMERSE-project aims to answer the question, exploring how time, space, atmosphere, and social surroundings shape visitors’ experiences and sense of immersion in museums.
Leading the project is Olga Gjerlad, professor at UiS School of Buisness and Law. She will talk about the underlying mechanisms om the museum experience, focusing on psychological and social dimensions of the experienceescape, rather than digital technologies.
☕ Breakfast is served from 09.00 and the talk is held at 09.15.
The event is free of charge and open to anyone interested. We will open for registration over the summer.
