Darkness can be a place of mystery, protection, fertility, potential, and possibility. Like rich, wet soil, it holds what is unseen and incubated, and what might be ready to grow.

🤍 What shifts when we allow ourselves to be witnessed?
For this New Moon Women's Circle, we'll get curious about the parts of ourselves we've learned to hide and about what it means to be seen by other women. We'll explore intimacy with our own bodies through somatic movement, connecting with the pelvis, pelvic floor, lower back, and womb space. We'll make room for what is unseen and what might be ready to emerge.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
I'm Gabriella, and I've been holding women's spaces for over a decade. My work is rooted in creating inclusive, body-based, relational, and nourishing spaces where there is room for complexity, honesty, and the many layers of being human.
All my circles are trauma-informed and shame-sensitive.
