This is a 2-hour sacred experience created by Karlee Rose & Simone K, weaving together IFS Parts Work & ceremonial sound to create the conditions for what has been held internally to finally be witnessed, softened & released.
IFS works with the subconscious parts of you that are holding old patterns, stress, exhaustion & the quiet longing for something different.
Sound works with what words & awareness alone cannot reach, moving through the nervous system, the energetic field & the places the mind has been trying to get to for years.
Together, these practices create a meeting point between awareness and embodiment, psychology and ceremony.

Practices with Simone:
Through IFS (Internal Family Systems)-inspired inquiry, you'll gently explore the parts of you holding stress, overwhelm, exhaustion or a longing for something different. Rather than pushing past what you're feeling, you'll be guided to slow down, listen inward & meet these parts with curiosity & compassion.
Ceremonial Sound Immersion with Karlee:
Crystal singing bowls, voice, chimes, drum & vocal transmission create an immersive space for your nervous system to settle, your awareness to deepen & whatever is ready to shift to move through you.
Integration & Closing Circle:
Space to land, integrate & receive what moved through you.

Through guided inquiry & somatic awareness, you'll be invited to slow down, listen inward & meet what has been operating beneath the surface with curiosity & care.
This creates space for what has been held internally to be acknowledged, processed & integrated.

Psycho-Spiritual Guide, Therapeutic Coach
With over a decade of coaching experience, Simone is an IFS Institute–trained Internal Family Systems Practitioner, Full Mesa Carrier, and intuitive guide.
Her work sits at the intersection of psychological integration and grounded spirituality, supporting individuals in navigating their emotional world with both depth and stability and bringing unconscious patterns into conscious understanding so meaningful, embodied change can occur.
Her work is rooted in both lived experience and professional education, allowing her to guide others through processes that support emotional integration, self-awareness, and inner stability.
Through a grounded and integrative approach, Simone weaves therapeutic modalities, intuitive insight, and spiritual practices through a psycho-spiritual and psycho-shamanic lens.

She brings an initiatory dimension to the spaces she holds weaving shamanism, consciousness & ceremony as living, ongoing studies.
She has led sound journeys at stages & festivals across BC, guided hundreds of people back into their gifts, voice & highest expression, & is recognized as a #1 bestselling author & Women in Business feature.
In this evening, Karlee brings her intuitive ceremonial sound work into direct partnership with Simone's parts work, creating a field where what lives beneath finally has space to be met, moved & released.
