🌱Join us for a hands-on workshop all about begonias—from growing and propagation to repotting and everyday care. Roger will share his decades of greenhouse and horticultural experience, along with practical tips for keeping begonias healthy and helping them thrive.
Bring your questions, your curiosity, and, if you'd like, a begonia of your own to work with. We'll have a repotting bar where you can bring a pest-free plant and get hands-on guidance as you repot.
Whether you're new to begonias or already have a growing collection, there's something to learn and plenty of opportunity to get your hands in the soil.

🌱Meet Your Instructor: Roger Bishop
Roger brings decades of experience in agriculture and greenhouse growing to the class. He spent 32 years with the Iowa Department of Agriculture, serving as a Short List Supervisor in the Pesticide Residue Laboratory until 2005. He also owned and operated Piney Ridge Greenhouse from 1974–2018, giving him more than four decades of hands-on greenhouse and growing experience.
