Network with fellow growth minded women and women-identifying entrepreneurs and enjoy complimentary small bites and refreshments.

This event is powered by Workforce WindsorEssex, in partnership with Communitech, FedDev Ontario & the Government of Ontario.

• Keynote by Avery Swartz:

Every week brings another post promising AI will transform your business, and another warning it's wrecking everything. Underneath the noise, deciding how AI actually fits into your business is hard. Where does it genuinely make your work better? Where does it start to feel like too much? Where you land will look different from the founder sitting next to you.

This interactive session gives you space to wrestle with the hard questions and draw your own line between acceptable and unacceptable AI use. Avery Swartz has spent the past two years teaching AI to entrepreneurs across the country, including a national program built specifically for women founders. She's bringing that experience to Windsor, along with a simple five-part framework to help you decide where AI belongs in your business and where it doesn't.

No hype, no noise. Just a fun, useful afternoon and a clearer sense of where you stand.
