About this Event
This year’s theme is “Wet Forest Management” and will feature speakers from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, Wisconsin County Forests, and others presenting the latest research and management initiatives pertaining to “wet” forests in the Great Lakes Region. Topics include Best Management Practices to protect water quality and riparian zones, silvicultural systems, case studies and wildlife management considerations. The second day will have more presentations.
More information can be found at www.wisaf.org. An agenda and list of speakers and will be added to the webpage as they become available, so check back often. Foresters, land managers and other natural resources professionals from Wisconsin and adjacent states are expected to attend.

There is an "Early Bird" registration price through October 16, with prices rising after that date. Register by 11:00 pm on Friday, October 16 to get the lower rate.
Note - If you wish to donate raffle items to the Forester's Fund Raffle, contact Ron Schneider at [email protected] or call him at (608) 438-6528, or you can just bring the items and drop them off in the morning during registration.
