About this event
Wool, water, and a little elbow grease turn into something you can wear. In this one-day workshop, Laurel Gutenberg teaches the basics of wet felting while you make a scarf or hat. You'll also learn to work other fibers into the wool for different textures and effects.
Basic tools and some supplies are included. Laurel will have extra materials available to buy.
What to bring:
- An absorbent bath or beach towel
- A water bottle, a Ball Brause sprinkler, or a spray bottle
- If you're making a hat, a balloon or bowl about the size of your head
- Latex or plastic gloves (optional)
