Hello Westman Community! We are very excited to see you at our first Community Swap Meet! Please invite your family members and friends and join us in this free indoor event. Bring your gently used items and swap them with new to you items! 😍🤩

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Each participant should bring a minimum of 10 qualified items in excellent condition (no stains or damages). These items should be dropped off between 2-2:30pm. Participants will get a stamp on their hand after sending their items. This stamp allows them to have access to the event when "shopping" starts.
2. Volunteers will sort the items accordingly. "Shopping" starts at 2:30pm. Participants can take up to 10 items from the event.
3. Some participants may have to wait outside if there are already 20 persons inside the venue. This is to ensure that we have enough space to move around.
4. Monetary donations are greatly appreciated to help cover the cost of the venue and for future swap meets.
5. Leftover items will be donated to SuperThrift Store and Elspeth Reid Centre.
