Join us for some fun and exercise at 8:30am by Muffin Break every 2nd & 4th Friday of the month by becoming a part of our Seniors walking group at WestCity! It’s a great social interaction opportunity and what could be more motivating than keeping fit and catching up with friends!
As a token of appreciation, we will treat you to a FREE coffee* Subject to availability at the end of the session. Please register to attend these sessions as spaces are limited. Once you register, we will contact you closer to the event date. Note, Westie Wanderers is suitable for adults age 65+.
