It’s Halloween morning, and before the evening takes over, the West GTA Investors Hub is getting together for breakfast.
This is a small, casual gathering of real estate investors — people who own buildings, manage tenants, chase deals, and want to compare notes with others doing the same. No speakers, no sales pitches, no ticket price. You order your own breakfast, sit down, and talk to people worth talking to.
Topics that tend to come up: financing at today’s rates, what deals are actually penciling, tenant situations, and what’s moving in Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton and beyond. Bring whatever’s on your plate — someone at the table has probably dealt with it.
Who it’s for: investors at any stage, landlords, and the professionals who work with them. We keep the group small on purpose — you’ll leave knowing everyone, not just the person beside you.
