Beginner Focused
New to West Coast Swing? Start here! We’ll introduce the fundamentals from the ground up, giving you a comfortable foundation in the rhythm, connection, and basic movement of West Coast Swing.

12:00–12:45 PM — WCS 101
Beginners & Beyond
Build on the basics and dive deeper into the language of West Coast Swing. This class is perfect for newer dancers who want to continue developing their foundation, as well as dancers with some experience who want to strengthen their understanding and technique.

1:00–1:45 PM — Groove, Musicality & Fun!
All Levels with Basic WCS Knowledge
Explore simple moves and concepts that can add groove, musicality, and personality to your West Coast Swing. We’ll work with easy-to-use ideas that you can start incorporating into your dancing right away.
Prerequisite: Familiarity with the basic Right Side Pass, Left Side Pass, and Sugar Push. These patterns will be introduced earlier in the workshop day.

Take one class or take all three! Each class stands on its own while the full series provides a progressive introduction to West Coast Swing—from the fundamentals to adding your own style, musicality, and fun.
