To top off our celebrations, we are excited to have Kristin Fettig lead an an engaging and interactive workshop, "Overwhelmed to Action."
Kristin Fettig designed this workshop to help women entrepreneurs move from feeling overloaded, and stuck to feeling clear, focused, and ready to take action!
We all know entrepreneurship comes with endless decisions, competing priorities, and the pressure to constantly keep up. Drawing on psychology, stress research, and a 16-year career in behavioral health, Kristin will help us understand why overwhelm happens and how it impacts the way we think, prioritize, and get things done.
Known for her hands-on practical strategies, reflection, and conversation, you will learn how to quiet the mental noise, identify what truly deserves your attention, and stop letting overwhelm dictate your day. The goal is to help us approach the existing responsibilities with greater clarity, intention, and confidence.
In this presentation you will leave with:
