wzorowy spacerek(english version below)
Marta Krześlak
wzorowy spacerek to wystawa o świetle, ruchu i uważności.

perfect little walk
Marta Krześlak
perfect little walk is an exhibition about light, movement, and attentiveness. Entering the worlds created by the artist, we encounter construction and deconstruction, which constantly intertwine throughout the creative process. The exhibition leads us through the delicacy and mutability of the reality around us, allowing us to pause for a moment to notice what usually remains at the edges of our attention.
Marta is interested in darkness and half-light, and in the potential of what may be concealed within them. The need for an intentional play of light, glow, reflection, and their absence is reflected in every element of the exhibition. Its form allows the viewer to focus one’s attention both on the smallest piece of foil and on elaborate installations composed of countless, often moving elements.
A walk does not have to lead to a specific destination. It is made up of successive events, moments, turns, and pauses. The works come into being in much the same way - through attempts, repetitions, accidents, abandonments, and returns. What has been built can be taken apart. What was meant to be merely an experiment can become part of the exhibition. The process does not end when an object comes into being - it is ever-evolving.
Perhaps this is precisely what perfect little walk is all about – being attentive enough to notice something you did not set out to find.
