About this Event
WERKWELL Neurodiversity Network – Women’s Community Meet
CONNECT • SHARE • BELONG
Join us for our next WERKWELL Neurodiversity Network community meet — a welcoming and supportive space created for neurodivergent women in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.
Following the incredible response to our first community meet, we're bringing women together again for an evening of conversation, connection and community.
Who is this for?
This event is for women who:
- Are diagnosed with ADHD, autism or another form of neurodivergence
- Are currently waiting for an assessment
- Self-identify as neurodivergent
- Are exploring or questioning whether they may be neurodivergent
You do not need a formal diagnosis to attend.
What to expect
This is not a conference or formal workshop. It's a relaxed community meet where you can meet other women, share experiences and talk about the things that matter to you.
There will be opportunities for small-group conversations, connection and discussions around neurodivergence, wellbeing, relationships, work, diagnosis, coping strategies and everyday life.
There is no pressure to speak or participate. You're welcome to engage in whatever way feels comfortable for you.
We aim to create a neurodivergent-friendly environment, with fidget and sensory items available and an understanding that people may need to move, take breaks or step away from conversations.
Our community values
We want everyone attending to feel respected and welcome. We encourage confidentiality, kindness, listening without judgement and respect for everyone's individual experiences.
Come as you are.
