Ride with us as we enter the Year of the Fire Horse and let yourself be set free through rhythm and the primal life force that dance awakens. All are welcome. 🪶 Three thresholds are merging on Feb. 12
TWENTY YEARS: Two decades of gathering to remember the body's intelligence, to reclaim natural rhythm in a world that runs on schedules, productivity + relentless pace. Most of us are exhausted, out of sync, disconnected from what our bodies actually need.
🐎 The Dream: In Oct. 2012, I dreamt of riding a horse towards the city grid, wondering "How am I going to merge with this?"
THE YEAR OF THE FIRE HORSE: Arriving once every 60 years is the most radiant, the most transformative of all Horses. The cosmic confirmation of what we’ve created together.
Horse🐴 Rhythm. Freedom. Instinct. Authenticity. The Body's Natural Pace | Fire🔥 Clarity. Purification. Truth Made Visible.
The Fire Horse clears what obscures. It burns away masks, old patterns + noise that keeps us from hearing our own rhythm.
This is not a year of intensity or urgency.
This is a year of clearing the channel—so what wants to move through you can move freely, at the pace your body knows, in the rhythm that is yours alone.
THE DREAM : In Oct. 2012:
I had a dream I was riding a horse—fast, wild, free—through open country with my soul woman riding next to me. I covered the horse's eyes so I could stay on, so I could stay balanced. We were racing toward the city with excitement, trying to bring something there—something the city needed.
When I arrived at the edge, I saw the city grid and wondered: How am I going to merge with this? The dream ended there leaving me puzzled.
I have a way of working with dreams to understand their message. The insight that emerged from this dreamwork was that: The HORSE IS what I am bringing to the people in the city—both as metaphor and as living force!
Horses symbolize presence, authenticity, natural rhythm, freedom, power, speed, grace, vitality, spiritual connection, transformation, and loyalty. The intelligence that knows when to run, when to rest, when to play and so much more.
FOR TWENTY YEARS, this space has been quietly transforming lives. Not through fixing or forcing, but through remembering—the rhythm that is already yours, the aliveness that dance awakens.
And now—the Fire Horse blazing into this 20-year threshold—we celebrate what the dream set in motion years ago.
THE INVITATION
On February 12, we ride together.
Dancing to return, not to escape.
Movement as homecoming.
Rhythm rather than intensity.
Trust rather than control.
No choreography. No instruction.
