Join us on Saturday, 26th September for the next WellNest Run & Spa — a morning of running, recovery and community in the heart of London Bridge.
🏃 The Run — FREE
Choose between our 5K or 10K, with two pace groups for each distance and dedicated pacers leading the way.
5K
⚡ Faster: 5:00–5:45 min/km
🌿 Social: 5:45–6:45 min/km

All levels are welcome. Pick the distance and pace that feels right for you.
Arrival: 8:30am
Run starts: 9:00am
The run is completely free. Join the WellNest Run Club on Strava to stay connected, see the routes and join future runs.
🔥🧊 The Recovery — £15
After the run, we'll head back to WellNest for an optional recovery session.
Runners get spa access for £15 instead of £28, including our saunas and cold plunges.
🎧 Live DJ — music throughout the café and spa.
🔥 Guided sauna — our sauna guide will bring occasional towel-waving rituals to turn up the heat.
🧊 Cold plunges — cool down and give the legs some post-run recovery.
☕ Café & community — grab a coffee, hang around and meet the rest of the Run Club.
The spa is completely optional — you're more than welcome to join us just for the free run.
Towels: Bring your own if you're using the spa, or rent one for £2.
