🌿Wellness Workshop - Forest Therapy with Emotion In Motion®WHAT TO EXPECT
This isn’t hiking + talking. It’s guided Forest Therapy – a slow intentional guided walk - an invitation that will help your nervous system downshift.
There are 5 categories to Sylvotherapy sessions, and although each is naturally touched on for the duration of a session, often 1 or 2 of these become more prominent per session.
We’ll walk a short, gentle trail (around 1km), and pause for a few gentle easy practices.
