Welcome to the Wild Mama Retreat afternoon for pregnant women!A nourishing afternoon of being held and being surrounded by other women on the journey of motherhood in the cosy eco barn on Lopemede Farm.
This is such a special time for women, but with the busy lives that we lead, we may not be finding enough time for ourselves. To rest, to relax, to stretch and move, and just pause and appreciate the transformation we are going through. We will be meeting our babes earth side soon enough so let's practise techniques that will help with this incredible experience, and help us to feel held and empowered every step of the way.
This offering has been loving created to include yoga, breathing, hypnobirthing techniques, meditation, food, teas & connection.
The space will be held by me, Jess from Firelight. The first one of these circles was held last year when I was pregnant with my son. He is now earthside and I would love to open up the circle once again for those women who are expecting :)
No experience necessary, we welcome all pregnant women in every stage of pregnancy with open arms.
