The first Wednesday of every month is Wellness Wednesday! Enjoy a walk at the indoor track at Nexus, plus free blood pressure checks and other health resources.When you walk with an MVHS speaker, you'll also get lunch for free (just be sure to redeem it same-day!).
Info Walks start at 11:30am, 12pm, 12:30pm, and 1pm. This month, the theme of our info walks is Diabetes Prevention!
This year, we're also offering a punch card. Each walk earns you the opportunity to win prizes, and if you attend every walk, you'll be entered to win a 2027-28 Comets season ticket!
