Calm Before Christmas – A Festive Lunchtime Reset
Take a mindful pause in the middle of the festive season.
Wellness Wednesdays returns to Billingtons for a special Christmas edition!
Join Emma England, Accredited Mind-Body Wellbeing Coach & Mindfulness Teacher, for a relaxing lunchtime experience designed to help you step away from the busyness of everyday life, slow down and recharge.
Whether you're a business owner, busy professional, part of a team or simply looking for some well-deserved time for yourself, this is an opportunity to pause, clear your mind and restore a little calm during one of the busiest times of the year.
Through guided meditation, calming breathwork, mindful reflection and simple grounding practices, you'll discover practical ways to manage stress, release tension and feel more balanced - both at work and in everyday life.
Wednesday 2nd December | 1pm–2pm | £20 per person
Enjoy a soothing 40-minute mindfulness and meditation session, followed by a warming seasonal soup, freshly prepared by Billingtons. There'll also be time to enjoy a relaxed chat and connect with other local business owners and professionals over lunch
Leave feeling calmer, clearer and recharged, with simple wellbeing tools to carry into the festive season and beyond.
No previous experience needed. Everyone is welcome, whether you're joining individually, with a colleague or as part of a team.
