Join us every other Wednesday from 6:00–7:00 PM for Wellness Wednesday, a biweekly wellness class series designed to help you unwind, move, and reconnect here in our beautiful Grand Atrium.
Class 11/18: Sound Bath
Join us for an evening of tranquility guided by Meagan Price, founder of Healing Thyme. Meagan is trained in Medical Qigong and Chinese Energetic Medicine, is a Holy Fire Reiki Grand Master, and a Blue Petal Foundation therapist.
What to bring:
- Your own water bottle
- A mat if you prefer to use your own
Good to know:
- Arrive a little early to grab a great spot
- Parking is valet-only
- After class, continue your evening at Les Secrets Bar with wine, craft cocktails, and bites available for purchase.
