✨ **SLOW FLOW BEACH YOGA IN REDONDO BEACH**✨
Dig your toes into the sand, shake off the weight of the day, and enjoy the serene ocean ambiance at sunset. This rejuvenating, non-traditional 60 min yoga session provides a combination of restorative stretching, vinyasa flow sequences, and gentle core power exercise focusing on strength, balance, and flexibility.

MEET ON THE BEACH CLOSE TO THE WATER just SOUTH of the Redondo Beach Jetty and Lifeguard Tower on Topaz St.
*PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS*
PARKING: Free street parking off Esplanade and Catalina in the residential area. Please read the parking signs.

WHAT TO BRING:
- Yoga Mat, Blanket, and/or Beach Towel (large towel or blanket under your mat helps keep the sand off the mat)
-Props you might need - block or strap (not provided)
- Water Bottle
- Fitness or Yoga clothes
- Layers, Jacket or Blanket for Savasana (it's been chilly after sunset)

Drop-In Class Cost is $15 or ask about our Monthly Packages. We provide the class instructor, organization, local discounts, and 'OM' Love so your generosity is much appreciated to continue this weekly fun!! 🙂
Our events must be pre-paid in advance due to City Rules and Regulations.
