About this Event
YOUR NEW MONTHLY RESET
Between work, traffic, family, and showing up for everyone else, it’s easy to put yourself last.
This hour is yours.
Join us for Wellness Wednesday, a community gathering from Active Wellness by Elevate Mindset Mastery. We’ll move gently, breathe, settle into a guided sound bath, and make a little room for ourselves again.
Come on your own or bring someone who could use a breather. You don’t need experience or the right words to explain how you’re feeling. Come as you are.
WHAT TO EXPECT
• A simple mindset reset
• Gentle movement to help you unwind
• Comfortable guided breathing
• Time to rest with the sound bowls
• A quiet moment to reconnect with what matters to you
