Join us for the ultimate midweek reset in collaboration with FACE FOUNDRIÉ
This restorative wellness experience blends yoga, skincare, sauna therapy, cold plunges, and gua sha techniques to help you recharge physically and mentally.
The evening begins with an all-levels yoga flow designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and reconnect you to your body through intentional movement and breath. After class, enjoy rejuvenating BIOEFFECT hydrogel sheet masks while rotating through sauna and cold plunge cycles for a full mind-body reset.
Inside the sauna, you’ll also be guided through simple gua sha techniques to support lymphatic drainage, reduce facial tension, and enhance circulation—helping you deepen your recovery and glow from the inside out.
What to Bring:
• Yoga mat
• Water
• Towel(s) for sauna + plunge
• Change of clothing
• Gua sha tool (or grab one at the studio)
Schedule:
Check-In: 5:00–5:30 PM
Yoga: 5:30–6:30 PM
Plunge + Sauna w/ gua sha + facemasks: 6:30–7:30 PM
