Get ready for a laid-back evening of discs, drinks, and good vibes at Barley & Sword Brewing Company! Whether you’re a seasoned player or have never picked up a disc before, this event is all about fun, friendly competition, and connecting with the growing San Diego disc golf community.
What to Expect:
🎯 Putting Competition – Test your accuracy and see if you can trigger the chain reaction on the basket. First place team recieves 30% of total entry fees.
🎓 VIP Early Access – Includes a pro-led skills session to learn or level up your putting
🚀 Tech Disc Distance Competition – Track your throws and compete for distance ($1 per throw)
🏆 Unique Prizes – Win fun items for tech disc competitions
🥏 Practice Basket – Warm up and get comfortable before competing
🤝 Community Vibes – Meet local players, bring friends, and make new ones

- Free to hangout and watch the fun
- $15 for the Putting Competition (includes VIP early access + skills session)
- Cash and Zelle payment accepted onsite
No experience? No problem. Newbies are absolutely welcome! Putting is the perfect place to start, and we’ll help you get the hang of it.
Timeline:
6:00PM - Check-in/registration and early access with skills session
6:30PM - Putting Competition begins
7:00PM - Entry into Putting Competition closes

Disc golf (also known as frisbee golf) is a flying disc sport where players throw a disc at a target using rules similar to traditional golf. It’s easy to learn, accessible for all ages, and a great way to have fun outdoors.
