Begin your Sunday with revitalizing yoga and an immersive sound healing, set in a serene, welcoming environment that invites you to slow down and be present. The event is planned with a moment of mindfulness with aromatherapy breathwork and guided affirmations. Each event will be surrounded by a theme - see dates for specific theme.
Guests may enhance their experience by adding brunch, featuring seasonal, thoughtfully crafted dishes available for an additional fee.
As part of the experience, guests are also welcome to enjoy access to the resort pools, extending their morning of relaxation and wellness.
