Wellness Sundays begin with a guided yoga flow and immersive sound healing experience, complemented by aromatherapy breathwork and guided affirmations. It’s an opportunity to quiet the noise, reconnect with yourself, and start your Sunday feeling grounded and refreshed.
After the wellness experience, take your time enjoying the resort and make your Sunday exactly what you need it to be.
