Are you a carer living in East Sussex?
Do you support someone who couldn’t manage without your help – perhaps a partner, friend, family member, or neighbour? If so, our free 6-week WRAP Course for Carers offers a welcoming space just for you. Join other carers in a supportive group where you can pause, connect, and focus on your own wellbeing.
On this FREE, in person, WRAP Course you can...
- Discover wellness tools
- Create a daily wellness plan
- Identify triggers and early warning signs
- Learn about action planning for times when life gets challenging
- Explore crisis planning
- Build confidence and self-esteem
- Share experience and learn from other carers
- Focus on your wellbeing
- Be supported, valued, and respected in a safe space with experienced facilitators, Lucy & Molly

Are you concerned about leaving your cared for person at home alone?
If you need the person you support to be looked after while you attend the course then Sussex Support Service CIC can provide a free space at Victoria Pavilion whilst you attend the course. There will be tea, coffee and chat, with activities tailored around those attending. When & where is this course taking place?The course will be held at Sussex Support Service, Victoria Pavilion Support Centre, Victoria Pleasure Ground, Uckfield, TN22 5DJ
The sessions will take place on Mondays from 10.00am to 1:00pm as follows:

Session 3 – 5 October 2026
Session 4 – 12 October 2026
Session 5 – 19 October 2026
Session 6 – 26 October 2026
Who can attend?
Any unpaid carer, living in East Sussex, caring for an adult age 18+.
