About this Event
Wellness For Us returns to Carson Beach for one more gathering before the season turns. This is a kickback; a soft, unhurried late afternoon / evening at the shore to connect, reflect, play, and rest with community.
Come as you are. Bring your people. Bring your beach blanket and whatever helps you feel easy in your body outdoors.
This is a choose-your-own-experience kind of afternoon.
We will have a few gentle activities on offer, small ways to move, to rest, to be creative, to be near the water, to be with each other, and you are welcome to move through them at your own pace, or find a quiet spot on the sand and let the water do its work.
There is no schedule to keep.
Only the shore, the light, and one another.
We are gathering to close the summer well. To laugh. To lay down. To look out at the water and feel proud of the moments we created together this season.
Light snacks and beverages will be shared.

What to bring:
Bring whatever makes you comfortable for the evening: a blanket, a light sweater / hoodie, your favorite snacks (and / or snacks to share, if you would like), a small cooler, a book / journal.
This is a gathering exclusively for our BIPOC community.
