Start your weekend strong! Saturday Power Hour is a free, coach-led group workout designed for all fitness levels. Each week features a different mix of strength, conditioning, functional movements, and team challenges—all in a fun, supportive environment. Every movement can be modified to meet you where you are. Classes start at 9 AM at 620 E. 8th St. the entrance to the gym is around the side of the building off of Riley Street.As part of the Holiday Wellness Challenge, come give Power Hour a try, meet some great people, and discover that fitness can be challenging and fun! 💪
Saturday Power Hours are a part of the Ellis County Wellness Committee’s Santa’s Checklist Holiday Wellness Challenge, running October 15 through January 15.
