Wellness at The Falls: New Year’s Dreaming

As we welcome the new year, you’re invited to a morning of movement, meditation, and a hands-on vision board collage class.

Envision: Begin with guest teacher Audrey Sutton Mills for an all-levels yoga experience blending gentle movement, breathwork, and guided meditation to help you envision your year, plant seeds, and discover the roots of your dreams.

Nourish: The experience continues with light bites and soothing spa-inspired touches, along with a gift of $40 off a future spa treatment.* Through intentional journaling and reflection, you’ll be guided to clarify what you’re being called toward.

Create: Learn how to make your own one-of-a-kind collage project with local artist Ariana Chriest! This 90-minute class supports creative expression while intentionally setting aside time to reflect on the year ahead. Enjoy a short introduction to collage materials and methods, inspiring project ideas, guided support, and plenty of time to explore and create.

Held in the serene beauty of the falls, this experience invites you to slow down, listen inward, and tend to your spirit with care.

Please bring your own yoga mat and plan to arrive 10 minutes before the start time to allow time to settle in. Light bites menu coming soon!
