Wellbeing Workshops (March-April)

Join us at Canton Library on Saturdays mornings at 10:00 AM (GMT) for a relaxed and friendly series of workshops focused on boosting your wellbeing. Over five weeks, you will be guided through simple art techniques to explore your thoughts, reduce stress, and connect with your creativity. Whether you're new to wellbeing or just want some fresh ideas, this is the place to be. Come along, meet new people, and take some time just for you!
No artistic expirience is needed - just curiosity and open mind.

Bring a sketchbook, highlighters, colourful pencils and black markers. Some materials will be provided during workshops.
