Supporting Parent and Carer Wellbeing

Are you supporting a child aged 10 or over who is experiencing anxiety, stress, difficulties with school attendance, or ongoing worries?
They may be neurodivergent or currently on a diagnostic pathway.

We’d love to welcome you to our FREE Parent and Carer Support Sessions in the heart of Cardiff.

You’re not alone. This therapist-supported space is here to help you connect with others who truly understand.

Location: Community Meeting Room, 43 Charles Street, Cardiff
When: Friday 20th March, 10:00–12:00

This session will be supported by the ND Community connectors, who will introduce their brilliant work and answer any questions you might have.

ND Community Connectors CIC provide information and signposting
events for parents and carers, either before their child receives a
neurodevelopmental (ND) assessment or after an ND diagnosis.

What to expect:

• A warm, safe space to share experiences and feel heard
• Compassionate support from a qualified therapist
• The chance to meet like-minded parents and carers
• And, of course, tea, coffee, and delicious biscuits

We are next door to Bomber's Sandwiches. Please ring the main doorbell, and we will come out to greet you.
