About this Event
Coco Collective is an intergenerational Afrikan diaspora-led community food growing project in the borough of Lewisham, using our green space to practice social inclusion, food security, physical and mental good health.
No matter your food growing experience, come and enjoy the restorative nature of being outdoors in an intimate community garden space, a peaceful gem nestled in Bellingham, Lewisham borough.
There are activities available for all capabilities from lightweight tasks such as seed saving and inventory documentation to weeding, planting out to heavy duty digging and DIY. You're welcome to work in isolation or in a group and equally if you simply need a safe space to sit and be still, here is the space for you.
