About this Event
Do you ever feel low or tired as the days become shorter in Autumn? Traditional Chinese ways of understanding seasonal change may help you adapt more naturally.
The “24 Solar Terms” are based on the Sun’s position and were originally created to guide agricultural activities and reflect changes in the seasons. More than just a calendar system, they offer a way of living in harmony with nature. Traditionally, people adjusted their diet, daily routines, and activities according to each term.
In this session we will be looking at autumn.
Equinox posters will be designed and created by yourself with assistance by Karen Brackenridge. All materials will be provided. As always, do bring along a waterproof bag to take your poster home.
Feixia Yu will demonstrate the Autumn movements from 17:30-19:00pm.
