Wellbeing Walk- Valentine's Edition- Hampstead Heath

Double the love, double the joy!

Celebrate love and community with our Valentine’s Well-being Walk at the beautiful Hampstead Heath. This walk is all about good vibes, positive energy, and making great connections in nature.

Whether you are a regular member of the BNT community or joining us for the first time, we invite you to bring your loved ones—partners, friends, or family—for a morning of connection and wellness. Children allowed. Please beware that this walks will be about 1hours-2.5 hours long and will be hilly, muddy. If you are bringing a dog please ensure they remain on leashes and email us asap to inform us at [email protected] that you are bringing your dog. There will be 2 small dogs on this walk.

We will meet and the local tube station (will be emailed) to enjoy a refreshing morning walk together. After the walk, we are heading to The Spaniards Inn to warm up, socialise, and catch up properly over drinks or a bite to eat.

• Meeting Time: 11:30 am. Walk starts at 12pm
