Power Yoga

This will be an hour long all levels yoga class, inspired by vyniasa and power yoga styles.

Please wear comfortable clothes, and if you own a mat please bring one with you. If you do not have a yoga mat, we should be able to provide one for you at the centre.

This class will include more dynamic movements, and moments for relaxation.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of the class. There is a bathroom for students who need to change in the building. Once you arrive at the building, please ring at the top room to enter the building.
