Join us every Saturday for a relaxing and strengthening Pilates workout class with Paola at The Exchange.
Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, this friendly and inclusive class is designed to help you:

Paola is a highly experienced and passionate instructor who will guide you through a gentle, energising routine perfect for all fitness levels.
When: Every Saturday, 12 -1pm (please arrive 5-10 mins early)

Price: £5 per person, card or cash, pay at venue
All proceeds go back into supporting the community programmes at The Exchange.
