We are delighted to invite you to the second plenary as part of the IWIRC Mentoring Series 2025-26, an initiative designed to empower women in the restructuring industry through structured mentoring, coaching and shared learning.
This session will be delivered by Belinda Riley, who will be well known to many of you for her engaging and insightful contributions at past IWIRC events, including our first plenary session in this series in September 2025, the August 2023 Global Leadership Summit and her session on imposter syndrome in November 2022.Her full bio is below.

Our speaker - Belinda Riley
Belinda Riley is a DEIB consultant, leadership strategist, and clinical hypnotherapist who helps high-performing women and organisations break through the barriers that hold them back.
With a background in professional services and senior roles, including Culture & Equality Lead at EY (EMEIA), Belinda brings over a decade of experience advising global organisations like Amazon, EY, Dentons, Meta, and FTI Consulting. Her signature approach blends neuroscience, DEIB strategy, and subconscious transformation to drive meaningful, measurable change.
Belinda is the founder of Beyond the Barriers™ Academy, a high-impact platform supporting both structural inclusion and personal leadership breakthroughs. She’s known for her ability to cut through the noise, speak truth with care, and create environments where leaders lead differently without burnout, bravado, or bypassing the hard stuff.
