Join me at the stunning setting of Minstead Study Centre in the New Forest for a day of relaxation, restoration and mindfulness. We will relax amongst the huge beech trees for our Shamanic Journey in the morning.
You will learn how to use an pendulum and use your body as a pendulum to choose crystals and essences to make your crystal aura spray.
At lunchtime we will take a mindful walk amongst the wild flower gardens. We will then pick some beautiful flowers and herbs to make your personalised smudge bundle.
You will have a personalised Tarot or Oracle Card Reading to give you guidance and food for thought.
We will break for freshly brewed teas and delicious home made cakes.
You will finish the day relaxing under the beautiful beach trees again listening to the sound of Tibeten sound bowls.
You will take home your crystal pendulum, your smudge bundle, your crystal aura spray and a luxury goody bag.
Refreshments and home made cakes are provided all day. Please bring a packed lunch.
