About this Event
Every news cycle brings another crisis. AI is going to destroy humanity. Trump declares Los Angeles expendable. We watch our neighbors being taken from their communities. The world feels like it is constantly on fire, and we are expected to keep showing up, working, organizing, and living as though nothing is happening.
How do we find our footing when the ground beneath us keeps shifting?
How do we regulate our nervous systems without becoming desensitized to the suffering around us? How do we continue fighting for our collective liberation while still making room for joy, rest, connection, and care?
Join T’Mo, Executive Director of Citywide Youth Coalition and Founder & CEO of Well Organized, for a collective space to explore what it means to remain grounded, connected, and committed to liberation in the midst of the storm.
Together, we'll explore how to navigate collective overwhelm, practice self-regulation, and build cultures of community care that allow us not just to survive these times, but to live fully through them.
Because liberation should not require us to sacrifice our well-being in pursuit of it. Care is not separate from the struggle. It is part of how we sustain it.
About Well Organized
Well Organized supports individuals, organizers, and organizations seeking to center self-care, collective care, and sustainable practices in their lives and work. Through facilitated workshops, organizational culture audits, and transformative learning experiences, Well Organized helps us move beyond simply talking about care toward building cultures where care is practiced, shared, and sustained.
Our mission is simple: Centering care in the midst of the storm.
