About this Event
Welcoming the Depth of Rest A Mind, Body and Spirit Sound Bath
In the heart of winter, nature rests at its deepest. Beneath the cold, still ground, seeds lie quietly, gathering their strength before the return of the light. Nothing in nature rushes to bloom in January.
Yet the new year often arrives with pressure to do more, change fast and push forward. This afternoon sound bath offers a different way to begin. An invitation to slow down, drop into the depth of rest and allow the mind, body and spirit to restore before the new cycle begins.
Held within the healing vibrations of [singing bowls, gongs and chimes], you will be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation, where the body can let go, the mind can quieten and your energy can return to balance. From this place of stillness, clarity and intention can arise naturally.
During this session you are invited to:
- Rest deeply and replenish your energy after the festive season
- Release pressure and expectation around the new year
- Soften into stillness in a safe, sacred and nurturing space
- Plant gentle intentions for the year ahead
What to expect: Simply lie back, get cosy and receive. No experience is needed. Mats and blankets are provided [confirm], and you are welcome to bring your own pillow, blanket or eye mask for extra comfort. Please wear warm, comfortable clothing.
Your guide: Jason is the founder of Beyond Silence Healing. His own healing journey led him to discover the transformative power of sound, and he now guides others towards inner peace through sound, shamanic healing, breathwork and more.
Begin your year from a place of rest, not rush.
