Bathed in the resonant tones of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, Meredith will guide you through a gentle sound journey designed to soften the body, quiet the mind, and create space to simply be.The steady hush of the rainstick, the rolling pulse of the ocean drum, and the subtle rhythm of rattles move through the room, offering grounding and ease. These sounds are not just heard, they are felt, inviting you to settle in and let go.
All are welcome. Bring your curiosity and an open heart.
